Initially Terry handled all plan processing for Europa Village, a 160,000 square foot winery resort project on 40 acres with 3 wineries, 2 hotels, a bed and breakfast, and a spa. As a result of his exceptional service, we expanded the scope of his work to include clearing conditions, and entitlement and permit processing efforts on Europa Vineyard Estates, a 290-acre estate home subdivision. Terry was instrumental in helping us clear numerous hurdles with multiple public and municipal agencies to achieve full approval of all plans and to clear all conditions of building permit issuance for four separate buildings in Europa Village. Additionally, he was given the task of clearing numerous conditions for the grading permit of the 290-acre estate home subdivision in order to meet a time sensitive deadline.
