Kid Ventures Childcare Facility Licensing Approval and Parking Variance
Managed the State of California Childcare Facility application licensing approval process for a preschool/daycare, and obtained a parking variance from the County of San Diego.
Terry Strom was instrumental in helping us get a parking variance with the County of San Diego. This was not an easy process but Terry did an outstanding job in navigating all the issues and putting together a comprehensive proposal that resulted in an approval for our project. His professional demeanor and thorough approach proved to be perfectly suited to the requirements needed at the county level as he had established relationship with key stakeholders who ultimately made the final decision on our variance.
